In the next 12 months, Los Angeles will be the STAGE for activities and events that highlight the importance and positive evolution that Ibero-American Gastronomy is having in recent years.
SPEAKER
Get Los Angeles to be the SPEAKER that allows to spread the knowledge of the current reality of the New Ibero-American Gastronomy: healthy, supportive, sustainable, and satisfactory; to the world and to all the countries of the world. Naturally, in English and Spanish.
PROJECT
The PROJECT will focus very significantly on the following aspects: training and education, legal assistance, technological innovation, institutional support and research and promotion of the New Gastronomy, without forgetting the relationship with the world of food in general, covering the 4 links of the food chain: production, transformation industry, distribution and trade, hostelry, and restaurants.
